Returns
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To start a return request, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or wrong product, we may offer a replacement or exchange, depending on product availability.
Shipping Costs
In cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other return requests, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.
